Clive Rodgers, International Programme Manager of Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, visited DUT Panjin Campus from 22 to 26 October to introduce Imperial’s 2027 summer study opportunities and postgraduate programmes.

He presented two summer programmes: Carbon Capture Theory and Pilot Plant Operation, featuring lectures, site visits and group technical projects; and AI and Autonomous Industrial Systems, focused on industrial machine learning and data skills. He also answered student enquiries about applying for MSc programmes in Chemical Engineering at Imperial.

The visit also included a cultural exchange activity at the "Red Sea Academy". DUT Panjin provides funding support for eligible students on international exchanges. The two institutions have maintained a summer exchange partnership since 2017.
