By leveraging its strong disciplinary advantages and aligning with regional industrial development demands, the DUT has deployed the leading research platform at Panjin Campus. DUT has strengthened the development of organized scientific research on the campus to better serve national strategies and regional economic and social development. In recent years, the campus has received over 30 national and provincial-level scientific and technological awards, produced a series of landmark achievements, and created significant economic benefits, filled international gaps.
In close alignment with the industrial development needs of Liaoning, particularly Panjin, we attract and pool high-quality resources. We prioritize the development of specialized disciplines and programs such as chemical engineering, marine sciences, and biomedical and life sciences. We also proactively integrate with regional economic and social development. Building on the existing research platforms, we actively incorporate the strengths of the main campus, striving to establish a technological innovation base for DUT in Panjin.
We are dedicated to deepening the collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions. Our approach includes establishing substantial partnerships with businesses through the creation of joint laboratories and research centers.
