Living in PanJin

Panjin is located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, at the center of the Liao River Delta and the estuary of the Liao River. Panjin is a city thriving on both oil and agriculture. Panjin is integrating into the development of “One Belt, One Road” initiative and strengthening synergy with other coastal cities in Liaoning Province such as Dalian.

As a coastal city, Panjin enjoys a fine ecological environment. It has the beautiful Red Beach National Scenic Corridor, which is a national scenic spot with 5A rating, a national nature reserve, and an excellent tourist scenic spot in China. Besides, Panjin has vast areas of wetlands and is known as the Capital of Wetlands in China. It was named the World Wetland City by the International Wetland Federation because of its progress in wetland protection.
