On May 24, DUT Panjin Campus hosted the Belt and Road International Cultural Festival and Campus Carnival. The event comprised four exhibition zones (International Exhibition, Main Stage Performance, Carnival Food, and Siyuan Music) and six thematic sections, featuring nearly 70 booths.

University leaders including Vice Presidents Luo Zhongxuan and Kang Xudong, along with Associate Vice President Zhan Jingjing and heads of multiple departments, joined the campus community in experiencing this cultural feast.

Event highlights included interactive exhibitions integrating academic disciplines with international cultural elements, sports demonstrations (football, basketball, fencing, baseball), and student club activities such as AI experiences and dance performances. A celebratory cake was shared among participants.

The main stage featured dance, rock band, martial arts, and performances by international students from the School of International Education. The evening concluded with a concert by Siyuan River.

The festival showcased the campus’s international education achievements and its ongoing commitment to internationalization and high-quality development. Panjin Campus will continue to support DUT’s broader strategic vision for growth and global engagement.
