【主讲人简介】

Dr.Roger C. Shouse graduated at administrative，Institutional and policy Studies from University of Chicago, and now is a professor at School of Education, Penn State University, USA. His research Interests are in critical study of schools as organizations, communities and institutions, and examination of leadership and education as portrayed in popular texts. He is an Editorial Board Member at Journal of School Leadership and Senior editor of American Journal of Education. He is the author of Principal Leadership in Taiwan Schools because he studied educational system both in USA and Taiwan.
